When will my order be delivered?
Delivery takes between 1-3 working days from a UK warehouse. Any products shipped from Germany can take up to 15 working days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Please inform us within 48 hours for any damaged items.
